Zida Sawar - President

Over 25 years of experience in real estate, real estate construction and project management, including commercial and residential new builds as well as restoration, remodeling, finish out and Green construction. Zida is an accomplished General Contractor as well as a Creative Designer with extensive knowledge in Pricing and Sourcing.

Some of Zida's background and experiences include:

	Building design, construction and completion of a $5M medical building in Mesquite, completed $300,000 under budget.
	Residential home renovation specialists, including complete end-to-end project management.
	Remodeling/Restoration specialist including kitchen, bath, patio and outdoor landscaping.
	Development and refurbished apartments and condominiums including interior and exterior finish-out.
	Advisor and project consultant to Newport Investments, with a strong focus on apartments and condominiums.
	Certified by the City of Dallas as a minority business owner and independent contractor.
	Creative Designer - in the early to mid 1990's, worked with Neiman Marcus and other high-end boutiques in Dallas and New York.

Dave Randhawa - Managing General Partner

Over 35 years of experience as a general contractor, project manager and civil engineer, including both domestic and international.

Some of Dave's experience includes:

Civil engineer in India responsible for construction of roads and bridges

Project Management with HCB Contractor, including:

	- Levi-Strauss headquarters building in San Francisco
	- National Bank of Commerce in Lincoln, Nebraska
	- Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles

Project Management with overall management responsibilities for all engineers, architects and other construction personnel for the Al Munira high rise dormitories and the Saudi-Bahraini Housing Project, both in Saudi Arabia.

Project Management for all Civil and Building Construction management associated with 200,000 SF Manufacturing and 500,000 SF Warehousing facility for the Sweetheart Cup Corporation in Dallas, Texas.
